Since the modern industrial revolution, speed of urbanization has accelerated, resulting in a series ecological environment problems. Fujian province will begin to implement policy strengthening provincial capital October 2021. This article takes city as research area, collects land use data 2000, 2010, 2020 from Globeland30, combines remote sensing image data, statistical yearbook Digital Elevation Model (DEM) based on Pressure-State-Responses (PSR) model. A total 15 indicators were selected construct security evaluation system 2020, weight each indicator was determined by analytic hierarchy process. Spatial autocorrelation used correlation degree index Fuzhou. The concept introduced during third period.
